FinaL OutlaW

Final Outlaw was born September 2, 1984 in Northfolk Virginia during his father’s involvement in the U.S Navy. His mother was born in El Salvador and escaped the bloody civil war between the government and five leftist guerrilla/communist groups. In New York City she met his father who was mostly a city native, and a very street savvy individual of Puerto Rican and multi-cultural decent.
As a small child Outlaw spent allot of time traveling the east coast because of poverty/personal issues with his family, but was raised in the boroughs of NYC for the majority of his life. Exploring street life as a teen with his brother he discovered the joy’s of freestyling and battling amongst friends throughout Washington Heights, Harlem and Dyckman in Manhattan. Relatively a newcomer, today he is popularly known as a promising and young underground Hip hop artist. He is a rapidly rising phenomenon in the music industry, quickly becoming one of the most respected Hip hop artists in NYC. He is renowned for his shockingly personal performance style which is constantly improving. His music is regarded as one of the most captivating new sounds in Hip hop by his followers.
Although he has managed to create lots of local attention and a small international buzz he is currently unsigned and for this reason remains generally unknown. Many of his supporters consider him a pioneer in the resurrection and evolution of the Hip hop culture. As a free agent Outlaw can be found in the New York underground stunning crowds from clubs to street corners or participating in a wide variety of services to his originating communities.
